We've been planning for a few years to have our house painted. About three years ago, we decided to get quotes to have it painted, realized how expensive it was for no return on value, and then decided to sink even more money into replacing our windows. Sigh, homeownership.
So finally... this year we had our house painted. A horrendous hail storm in February gave us (and the rest of Chester) a new roof. So new roof + paint job = fresh digs.
